Article summary

Add information about your workouts to the daily log so you can track how many calories or kilojoules you burn each day and track your progress toward goals.

Important: If some of your steps for the day are part of active exercises, such as walking a dog uphill for 30 minutes, search for the specific exercise in our database, and log your steps as an exercise instead of steps, as described in this article. However, if some of your steps are not part of active exercise, see Log steps to track those steps separately.
Tip: If you have a Premium subscription and a fitness device or app, Carb Manager can automatically log your activity from the device. For details, see Sync a fitness device or app with Carb Manager.
