Enter your weight measurements in Carb Manager to track changes over time and to ensure that Carb Manager provides you with the most accurate information.

Tip: Set a weight goal to track your progress over time. For details, see Set health goals for weight, activity, fasting, and more.
iOS Tip: To quickly add a weight measurement from your iOS device's home screen, touch and hold the Carb Manager app icon until the quick actions menu opens, then tap Log Weight.
Tip: You can also enter weight and other measurements in the Health Goals screen. For details, see Add body and health measurements.
  1. Web app users: Go to the Home icon Daily Log.
  2. Select (image of Add button) Add Item(image of Weight button) Weight.
  3. Optional: Enter the date and time of your measurement. Carb Manager automatically enters the current day and time based on your device's settings.
  4. Enter your current Weight Value and select your preferred measurement of pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg).
  5. Select Submit.

Carb Manager saves your measurement.
