Article Summary

If you connect your Keto Mojo app to your Carb Manager Premium account, Carb Manager will import blood glucose and ketones and assign them to meals based on your meal timings. This allows you to monitor your level of ketosis and blood glucose throughout the day and over time.

  1. Ensure the mobile device or computer where you use Carb Manager is connected to the internet.
  2. Sign in to Carb Manager
  3. Go to Settings iconSettings.
  4. In My Settings, select App Settings icon App Settings.
  5. Go to the Health & Fitness Device Links section and select Keto Mojo.
  6. In the Keto Mojo screen, select Connect with Keto Mojo.
  7. In the window that opens, sign in to your Keto Mojo account, which grants Carb Manager access to your blood glucose and ketone measurements. Your Keto Mojo data is now synced with Carb Manager.
Tip: If you have problems connecting Carb Manager to your Keto Mojo device, see Troubleshoot issues from a fitness device or app or contact Keto Mojo directly
  8. In App Settings iconApp Settings, go to the Units section, select Ketones Measured, and select Blood Test (BHB), Urine Test (AcAc), Breath Test (PPM), or Breath Test (ACE). If you selected Blood Test (BHB), next choose mmol/L for both Blood Measurements Density Units and Ketone Density Units.
Note: If logging Blood Glucose and Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) Keto measurements for the same meal, Carb Manager calculates a Glucose Ketone Index (GKI) automatically.

For more information, see Set a ketone testing method, Calculate the Glucose Ketone Index, or Troubleshoot an incorrect GKI

Now, when you view a day in Carb Manager's daily log, Carb Manager imports blood glucose, and ketones  if measurements are present in your Keto Mojo app.

You can also see your blood glucose and ketosis levels in relation to the things you log in Carb Manager, like weight, food, exercise, sleep, and hydration. For details, see View wellness data from a fitness device or app
